Return policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. If you decide to return your order, you may do so within 7 days from the date you receive your item.
Return Conditions: Please ensure that all products sent back to us are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or not in its original state, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange. After the 7-day period has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Refund Process: Once your parcel arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the items and send you an email confirming that your return has been received. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Your Baston Vintage pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched from our Madrid studio within 24 hours of purchase.
We exclusively partner with DHL Express and DHL Economy to ensure a premium and secure delivery experience. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
