Return & Exchange

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. If you decide to return your order, you may do so within 7 days from the date you receive your item.

Please ensure that all products sent back to us are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or not in its original state, we may be unable to issue a refund or exchange. After the 7-day period has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Once your parcel arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the items and send you an email confirming that your return has been received. You will then be notified whether the refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
